Job Summary
Online Production operations with the ability to work remotely.
Job Duties
Color manipulation, image retouching, and preparation of studio photography files for delivery to web and print. The position may require occasional overtime and possible weekend, holiday, and nighttime shift hours.
Performs additional tasks as required.
Job Requirements
We are looking for dependable, motivated candidates with a good work ethic. In addition, the successful candidate must be able to work in a team environment but be capable of self-directed action as required.
Good communication skills are required, specifically with the ability to listen and understand written and verbal instructions and the ability to communicate information and instructions to fellow team members effectively. Must be familiar with the common technical language of the trade.
Required skills include:
- Proficiency in Mac OS/iOS-based operating systems and peripherals
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products; notably Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Specific Photoshop and production skills include:
- Retouching files to storefront specifications
- Cropping files to multiple standards as needed
- Cloning elements within files as requested
- Creating composite images
- Creating and applying Photoshop actions and/or droplets
- Color correcting files to desired reference colors when requested
- Creating and working with paths and layers
- Batch file renaming
- All facets of file manipulation
- Local and web-based File Management
- Knowledge of DAM database workflows
