Product Manager, Supply Chain
Primary Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the Supply Chain strategies and roadmap including ROI, feature/function definition, experience design, and KPI’s.
- Conduct product research to develop product strategy
- Ability to facilitate business sessions and create output including Business requirements, Business use cases, Technical specifications, Gap Analysis and Business Process flows
- Continuously drive towards an MVP and MLP roll-out
- Partnering with Operations and Support teams to support, triage and prioritize critical product issues
- Build relationships with key internal stakeholders critical to the delivery of the product portfolio. Assist to prioritize portfolio investment to maximize benefit/return to customers/company based on NMG strategy
- Partner with Product Teams to collaborate on cross functional implementations
- Support operational readiness tasks by performing product demos, overviews & presenting training materials
- Collaborate with internal partners to help solve customer and business problems and to drive for new innovations in products and services that best meet business needs and strategy
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Product Management experience with Supply Chain/Warehouse Management and Transportation management systems
- Must have experience with implementations of Manhattan Warehouse Management Systems, MAWM- WMoS
- 5-7 years of relevant supply chain experience and in-depth knowledge of Warehousing processes with significant exposure to Omni Channel Operations
- Experienced in all phases of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Positive track record of leading successful project implementations with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong client service and leadership abilities
- Strong focus on teamwork and ability to manage relationships across multiple departments
- High comfort level with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel, Visio, Powerpoint)
- Experience with Atlassian suite of tools (Jira/Confluence) and firm understanding of Agile and Waterfall frameworks
- Proven ability to manage multiple daily tasks and long-term strategic projects
- Strong strategic, creative thinking and decision-making skills
- Organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to deliver expected results on time
- Must have extremely strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain and develop internal and external relationships; collaborating across multiple business and technology functions, relationship building, and consensus building are essential
- Self-motivated and results oriented individual able to work independently and work collaboratively with a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization, and communicate with technical and non-technical audience
- Bachelor’s degree required – Business or Information Technology
