Summary Statement:  Our clients are always at the center of what we do, and the Personal Stylist service goes above and beyond to delight our clients with wardrobe consultations, head-to-toe styling, behind the rope access to merchandise, and on-demand personal styling for any/all of their fashion needs.  

 

We are looking for a for a professional and enthusiastic team player, with a demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence to assist our Personal Stylist / Client Advisor in creating a memorable experience for our customers.  This person will be responsible for assisting his/her stylist with client communication, outfit recommendations, and operational support during the selling process.   

 

Responsibilities & Duties  

Job Duties 

  • Assist the Personal Stylist in preparing and executing selling appointments 

  • Ring transactions at POS  

  • Process merchandise for Fashionphile Service 

  • Completing post appointment follow up, including order tracking, alterations, thank you notes 

  • Help organize appointment scheduling 

  • Enter and maintain precise clientele information  

  • Assist with Digital selling and Social media presence 

  • Assist in organizing gifting initiatives and experiences for Top Clients 

  • Ensure all unsold merchandise is returned to stock  

  • Ensure cleanliness of fitting rooms using housekeeping and maintenance services when necessary 

Responsibilities & Duties

  1. Drives and ensures an Excellent Customer Experience throughout the store
    • Personally ensures clients have been properly welcomed and greeted, acting as a personal host at  store entrances, high traffic spaces in a timely manner, and takes cues from customer and connects clients with Client Advisors
    • Ensures seamless transitions across service levels based on customer needs and areas of interest and that any requests/issues mentioned by the customer are immediately addressed
    • Serves in different areas of the store based on business needs (covering breaks, etc.) and ensures sales associates are dynamically covering all areas/categories on that floor
  2. Makes the customer experience easy
    • Efficiently and graciously handles escalated issues by connecting customer with a member of the management team
    • Demonstrates timely follow-through on customer requests, questions and needs.
    • Support BOPIS and Curbside pickup, Alterations (online and pickups) in partnership with Operations team and Managers on duty
  3. Contribute to team’s success
    • Steps in as a partner to enhance and expedite the customer experience and support Fitting Room experiences when available
    • Transitions customer to appropriate associate based on service needs
    • Looks for opportunities to enhance the customer experience by introducing our services such as Alterations, Personalization, Food or Beverage, package carry-out or delivery, etc.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Experience in customer service-oriented roles with proven ability to sell product and services
  • Familiar with and able to use retail and mobile technologies
  • Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business need, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays

Competencies

Job Requirements 

  • Excellent organizational and follow up skills  

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills  

  • Computer and systems proficiency  

  • Fashion sensibility  

  • Previous sales or retail experience is a plus 

Qualifications 

  • Fluent in English 

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment  

  • Styling, fashion and/or fashion retail experience is required  

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Teams and Sharepoint  

  • Any additional duties and responsibilities including projects, tasks, and activities as required  

  • High School Diploma / equivalency required.  

  • Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business need, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
