Performance Media Social Lead
End-to-end activators and quarterbacks within a marketing channel responsible for activation and operationalization of each test in an Agile testing pod
Qualifications
Typically, manager or senior manager level with 4-6 years experience and strong track record in relevant channel (e.g., search, social, email)
Solution-oriented with strong can-do attitude
Collaborative and creative mindset
Responsibilities
Ensure rapid launch of tests, including owning interactions with members of core team (e.g., creative, measurement) other relevant stakeholders to get tests out the door (e.g., vendors / partners)
Oversee testing backlog for channel and ensure new test ideas are being populated and prioritized
Draft test brief with inputs from other Pod members (e.g., audience selection, creative)
Brief creative teams and drive feedback process to ensure creative meets business objective
Define and design tests and execute in key channels, plan launch dates to launch tests within sprint
Own operational ability to design and set up tests, work with vendors / other team members to QA, and provide inputs for measurement
Work with other marketing teams to enable scaling of winning tests
