People Services Generalist
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
- 2-3 years experience in a Human Resources role required
- Bilingual Spanish/English highly preferred
- Knowledge of major employment laws, and familiarity with the latest HR trends
- Interpersonal skills and genuine customer service orientation. Must have a positive demeanor with energy, drive and persistence to achieve goals
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced collaborative environment
- Strong problem-solving and creative/critical thinking skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Office 365 (emphasis on Excel)
- Knowledge of Oracle HRIS, UKG Dimensions, ADP Payroll and Taleo ATS (Preferred)
- Solid professional presentation skills and ability to deliver messages clearly and effectively
- PHR or SRHM-CP (preferred)
- Hybrid work environment, must live within DFW Metroplex and able to visit various locations within the metroplex as needed
