  • You have technical experience in adult learning theories and/or instructional design and development; you are a masterful facilitator and coach with strong diagnostic skills (listening, probing, analyzing).
  • You embrace evidence-based methodologies and have experience in the creation and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of talent development programs.
  • You have a high affiliation for teamwork and collaboration, open to other viewpoints with a balanced approach to self-directed work to drive results.
  • You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • You have experience demonstrating agility and innovation when faced with complexity and/or adversity.
  • You embrace change and model change leadership, pro-actively developing and driving effective change management methods to increase the speed of adoption of talent programs.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development or related field (Master’s degree strongly preferred).
  • You have 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Talent Management, or related experience in delivering high-impact results.
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, data methodologies, and e-learning.
