Paralegal - Litigation
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- At least ten years in a law firm or corporate legal department
- Paralegal Certificate or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments including People Services, IT, and Loss Prevention.
- Experience with the administration of general liability and workers’ comp claims
- CounselLink matter management and e-billing system, or a similar system
- Electronic court record services, such as PACER Case Locator, to access cases and docket information
- Insured litigation and claims
- Employment law matters and EEOC charge responses
