Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • At least ten years in a law firm or corporate legal department
  • Paralegal Certificate or equivalent work experience.

 

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments including People Services, IT, and Loss Prevention.
  • Experience with the administration of general liability and workers’ comp claims
  • CounselLink matter management and e-billing system, or a similar system
  • Electronic court record services, such as PACER Case Locator, to access cases and docket information
  • Insured litigation and claims
  • Employment law matters and EEOC charge responses
