Job Summary  

We are seeking a Paid Social Media Coordinator for Neiman Marcus Group.  In this role, the Coordinator will help to ensure that we are flawlessly executing paid social campaigns and delivering the highest return on our media investments. An analytic mindset, quest for constant optimization, high attention to detail & and an appetite for innovation are critical skills for success in this role.  This position will report to a Paid Social Media Assistant Manager. 

Position Responsibilities

The Coordinator will spend time within Ads Manager interface within Facebook. Interest in analytics and technical skills are a must.

Campaign Execution: Manage execution of paid social media campaigns from conception through execution. Establish best practices and quality assurance processes to minimize delivery errors. Identify workflow improvement opportunities to reduce touch points and inefficiencies. Maintain schedule of campaigns and provide status updates.

Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes. Support social media team in preparing and delivering reporting and analysis to key internal teams and NMG executives.

Agency & Internal Relationships: Work with Creative, Brand Partnerships, Account Management, and Analytics teams to ensure all advertising programs are properly planned, tagged, and optimized. Build strong working relationships with internal teams, such as marketing, as well as external agencies

Budget management: Ensure we are pacing according to plan and optimize and track budgets. Manage all invoices and payments

Tech Solutions: Problem solve any tech needs or updates

Job Requirements 

 

Bachelor’s Degree required.  Degree in Marketing or Communications is preferred.

Must have great attention to detail

Must have strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Effective communication skills, both written and oral

Must have ability to work independently, multi-task and manage time effectively

Advertising agency experience preferred

1 - 2 years’ industry experience preferred
