Operations Manager, CHANEL
Job Summary
The Chanel Support Manager is responsible to oversee the daily operations of Chanel ready to wear, accessories, handbags and jewelry. This role partners with the Selling Directors to ensure all store operational functions are delivered with the highest level of client satisfaction.
Job Duties
- Communicates daily operational objectives with their team while creating a workflow.
- Partners with their GSM to communicate operational objectives and initiatives.
- Responsible for the financial inventory process within their areas.
- Prioritize and work on various store projects.
- Partners with Selling Managers to achieve sales goals while maintaining the operational strategy.
- Train and develop their support associates.
- Attend meetings with Support and Selling Managers to build cross functional partnerships while executing the operational strategy.
- Build a cohesive customer service driven team.
- Responsible for the maintenance of both selling floor and back of house standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in Operations Management preferably in retail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and support multiple functions within the department.
- Ability to self-manage projects and timelines.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
