The Operations Services Analyst is a full-time position in the Corporate Operations department.  This position is responsible for supporting the local sales operations at 42 NM full-line stores.  The department as a whole manages Store Operations activities and services of the NM Full Line stores and the analyst position supports ongoing efforts to improve operational efficiency.

Job Duties

·         Prepare a variety of reports to measure the Alterations, Fur and Leased businesses.

·         Support NM stores on various issues.

·         Create/distribute various Standard Operating Procedures.

·         Communicate new procedures to store.

·         Identify and assist the IS Application Development teams with system problems

·         Assist in writing requirements for new initiatives

·         Develop store training materials and store rollout schedules for procedural enhancements

·         Develop, create and send frequent reports and make phone calls to maximize store performance

·         Other tasks as assigned by Operations Director

Job Requirements

·         Verbal and written communication skills

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

·         Planning and organization skills

·         Ability to react fast on store issues

·         Ability to perform well under short deadlines

·         Ability to work independently

·         Flexible, able to multitask

·         Experience with other Microsoft Office applications

·         Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
