QUALIFICATIONS
- Online portfolio that demonstrates expertise with the on-figure Men’s and Women’s and Product
- 2-5 year’s experience with on figure photo Styling
- Seasoned stylist with the intensity of a fast-paced E-commerce production studio with the ability to uphold the highest standards
- Ability to select the best model for the NM brands and the ability to make quick decision on set to show the garment the most desirable way
- Style and taste level to correspond with NM and BG Brand Aesthetic
- Stamina to be on set 5 days a week
- Strong communication skills (written and for presentation) and the ability to work with Art Directors, Managers and Creative teams
- Ability to Multi task
- Ability to use the NM Computer systems (Plumslice, CMOS) to request merchandise for shoots
- A self-starter. Someone who always seeks new processes, fresh ideas to problem solve
- Image Approvals, if needed
- Ability to execute the following:
- Style BG and/or NM Online Sell Shots
- Ghost Image shots
- Freelance Management: Manage Company Expectations, Best Practices, New updates and Guidelines
- Consistently makes smart, stylish on set styling decisions that represent the NM aesthetic, vendor and brand
- Art Direct and choose perfect poses that represent the product to the customer with less that 5% changes by Manager
- Ability to teach associates new computer skills, styling skills and best practices to improve their job function
