ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspect and verify all inbound and outbound shipments with discrepancies to determine if any financial adjustments are needed. (adhere to a 5 day resolution schedule from notification) and make appropriate corrections.
Resolve and Track problems with Customer Orders.
Resolve and Track problems with Store Orders
Access damages and process to insure proper inventory integrity.
Publish weekly recaps on corrections and adjustments.
Publish analysis and current trends on a monthly basis.
Flex to other areas as needed.
Attend scheduled shift regularly and punctually.

CMOS/ WMS / RMS/ BluJay/ Excel / Word
