ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inspect and verify all inbound and outbound shipments with discrepancies to determine if any financial adjustments are needed. (adhere to a 5 day resolution schedule from notification) and make appropriate corrections.
  • Resolve and Track problems with Customer Orders.
  • Resolve and Track problems with Store Orders
  • Access damages and process to insure proper inventory integrity.
  • Publish weekly recaps on corrections and adjustments.
  • Publish analysis and current trends on a monthly basis.
  • Flex to other areas as needed.
  • Attend scheduled shift regularly and punctually.
