Who You Are

  • A Self Starter | A self-starter who has an entrepreneurial attitude combined with a strong business acumen.
  • Open and collaborative | This role and team works very cross-functional across ESG, merchants, marketing, and brand partners. A team player is a must! 
  • Detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task | Marketing operates with lots of moving pieces. To be successful in this role, you must be super organized and able to juggle many hats. No detail is too small for you. 
  • Optimistic and resilient | A can-do attitude ready to dig in and figure out how to work around problems and find creative solutions. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sustainability and diversity marketing and messaging
  • Experience in corporate B2B and B2C marketing
  • Appreciation for consumers and culture trends to inform marketing strategies
  • Experience in developing marketing programs and advertising for recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Able to work across multiple teams in partnership and able to integrate the needs of many into complex plans through collaboration.
  • 5 or more years of Marketing or related business experience with a proven track record of success, retail/web experience a plus
  • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan and organize. Must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Self-starter, self-motivated and capable of building relationships across teams.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and influencing skills. Ability to deliver results under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
