RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing, Advertising, Direct Mail and Store Initiatives:

  • Coordinates all Book, corporate event mailers, and online editorial concepts co-op and presentations
  • Works closely with the creative team on proper pagination, Book layout and execution
  • Collects all product comps and pertinent information for NM produced advertising vehicles
  • Facilitates the mailer approval process from the Associate DMM, DMM to the GMM level
  • Manages all elements of corporate events including bags, communication, and execution
  • Coordinates with visual team to determine weekly features and key in-store merchandising programs
 Financials:
  • Manages and maintains a multi-million dollar budget in addition to all vendor co-op funding
  • Completes and processes all vendor co-op and billing chargebacks
  • Partners with Planning Manager to determine major corporate beauty event goals and creates by door goals
  • Tracks each event daily and provides Assoc DMM, DMM, GMM, DOS & stores with accurate updates
  • Determine the event bag budget for the year and quantities for each event
  • Drive the event fees collection process with all vendors yearly and process all chargebacks seasonally
Communication:
  • Delivers clear and concise information to the stores through major corporate fragrance & beauty event directives
  • Division liaison for company regarding initiatives, stores, marketing, advertising, etc.
Beauty & Fragrance Floor Plans:
  • Creates vendor communication and notifies each vendor and buying office of the floor location change and execution timeline
Beauty Initiatives:
  • Drive fun to give item selection seasonally and ensure product is ordered and graphics are printed and correct
  • Partner with buyers, Assoc DMM and DMM on new beauty initiatives and create proposals to be presented to senior executives
  • Drive Love to Give product selection annually
  • Participate and lead various task forces throughout the division
NMO Responsibilities:
  • Attend all Beauty Cue brainstorm sessions and drive all product selection monthly
  • Secure several GWP’s a month to use in beauty cue. Secure comps of samples and get shot together. Fill out all necessary paperwork for warehouse to prep together.
  • Manage all editorial shoots from securing comps to providing inspiration and direction
  • Prepare the quarterly editorial turn in that is presented to the creative team
  • Secure vendor participation in all catalogs and determine their optimum selling weeks
  • Work with the call center on optimum selling week schedule
  • Provide online team with all depictions necessary to create theme shops on the website (Mother’s Day shop, Stocking Stuffer shop, etc)
  • Identify editorial opportunities and work to secure comps and get these shot to use on the site and in emails
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong professionalism, management, communication, customer service, and organization skills
  • Flexible and able to perform in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn new systems
  • Process Management
  • Strategic Agility and global thinker
  • Have experience working within buying or store organizations and with multiple cross-functional groups
  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university
