  • Lead the development and execution of the Customer Organization’s corporate and store communications strategies and plans with a focus on informing, engaging and inspiring associates across the organization.
  • Lead intake process and provide updates to internal stakeholders and partners on our Customer Pyramid Communications Calendar to drive strategic alignment on messaging and audience engagement. Create and maintain an annual and quarterly key messages to align with business cycle and seasonal focus.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the Customer organization to understand and stay updated on strategies and initiatives; develop coordinated communications plans, then execute. Includes drafting messaging, FAQs, talk tracks and support materials.
  • Own and maximize the use of existing communications channels while also exploring new channels to modernize communications (written, audio, visual, video, digital). 
  • Own and evolve our Sharepoint Sites so they continue to become the go-to resource and single source of truth for People Leaders to get the most crucial information they need.
  • Drive creation of Store Associate newsletter in partnership with stakeholders across the business to ensure leaders remain informed and focused on the highest priority actions and updates.
  • Lead delivery of our quarterly All-Hands Townhall Calls including production, content development, executive speaker management, and reporting insights.
  • Coordinate and track Customer Pyramid elements of internal communications campaigns to ensure consistency and transparency across channels and initiatives.
  • Write memorable, engaging communications across all channels that drive awareness of key initiatives and inspire employees to take action.
  • Track and report out on campaign and program results and influence the team and your business partners to apply key takeaways to improve future programs.
  • The ideal candidate is an outstanding writer, team player, quick on their feet, proactive, and able to juggle many tasks at once.

 

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of experience in marketing, communications or a related field; experience in a retail or fashion environment a plus.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Proven track record developing, executing, and supervising creative internal communications plans.
  • Experienced in email, executive communications, and narrative/presentation design
  • Ability to quickly grasp information across a variety of subject areas and create clear communications.
  • Ability to build regular reports on communications metrics, tie them to business impact, and use them to inform future projects.
  • A strategic problem solver with confirmed ability to work cross-functionally, exerting influence without direct authority.
  • Dynamic, confident personality with ability to successfully drive projects with minimal guidance.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and re-prioritize on the fly.
  • High degree of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Sharepoint administrator experience or website design
  • Proficient with MS Office Product Suite, specifically Word and PowerPoint
  • Certain roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds
  • Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Travel may be required, up to 10%
