Manager, Process Optimization (Remote)
- 4-6 years of store operations experience
- 2+ years of stores / field leadership experience
- 4-year degree preferred
- History of driving results and performance
- Strong ability to successfully interface with all levels and areas of the organization, establish close working relationships, and build consensus and support for improvement opportunities
- Adept at identifying operational improvement opportunities and working with others to generate and implement creative solutions
- Strong ability to influence without authority and drive change across multiple functions in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean practices, and change management principles
- Demonstrates continuous improvement mindset
- Articulates successful response to challenging situations utilizing available data and knowledge while considering alternative solutions
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; strong facilitation, interpersonal, and teamwork skills are required
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments at once and shift work based on business needs Passion and ability to work in a retail store environment on a frequent basis
- Strong in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Travel Requirement up to 25%
