Manager, Change Enablement
Summary
The Manager, Change Enablement will be responsible for leading organization design, change enablement and communications efforts in support of large scale, strategic initiatives across NMG. This role will be responsible for leading the development of holistic change strategies across various initiatives and overseeing change enablement services to key client groups, including leadership alignment, organizational readiness, engagement, training and adoption activities. This role is part of our corporate Change Enablement team that is responsible for leading change enablement and organization design initiatives across Neiman Marcus Group.
Responsibilities
Leads organization design activities, including development of operating models and structures to support future vision and creates implementation plans to transition to future state
Leads development of holistic change enablement strategies and plans for key strategic initiatives
Collaborates with internal clients to assess change impacts and organizational needs and makes recommendations to address priority needs
Tailors strategies to relevant stakeholder groups and supports execution of ongoing stakeholder engagement activities to understand change impacts and prepare the organization for new ways of working
Collaborates with corporate communications to create and maintain specific communications strategies and plans to drive engagement and deliver results
Evaluates change enablement and communications effectiveness and its impact on business (e.g., measures ROI on business impact through formalized metrics and reporting) and adjusts as needed
Creates and executes project plans for all change enablement and communications deliverables and escalates any issues or risks
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Psychology, Organization Development, Business or a related field, required
Master’s degree from an accredited university, preferred
6+ years of experience in organization design, change management principles, methodologies and tools
Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently within a high pressure, deadline driven environment
Experience with large-scale, multi-phased change effort
Excellent customer service and interpersonal relationship skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Change Enablement Lead
Summary
The Change Enablement Lead is responsible for providing organization design, change and communications support to large scale, strategic initiatives and is part of our corporate Change Enablement team. This role will partner with internal stakeholders to develop and deploy change strategies to support our strategic vision and enable adoption of future changes.
Responsibilities
Designs, develops, and implements change enablement strategies and plans to support large-scale strategic transformation initiatives
Collaborates with internal clients to assess change impacts and organizational needs and makes recommendations to address priority needs
Delivers change enablement services to key client groups, including leadership alignment, organizational readiness, engagement, training and adoption activities
Provides communications support including development of the communications strategy and plan, drafting key messages and content, and executing the communications plan for large scale change efforts
Supports organization design activities, including development of operating models and organization structures to support the future vision and creates implementation plans to successfully transition to the future state
Evaluates change enablement and communications effectiveness and its impact on business (e.g., measures ROI on business impact through formalized metrics and reporting) and adjusts as needed
Creates and executes project plans for all change enablement and communications deliverables and escalates any issues or risks
Requirements

3+ years of experience in change management principles, methodologies and tools
Change management certification preferred (PROSCI, etc.)
