IC/QA Team Leads are responsible for completing the following tasks:

  • Remaining fully aware of department goals by monitoring reports distributed by Supervisor
  • Ensuring that work assignments flow according to Priority, Back-Order, and FIFO strategy
  • Planning workflow of team members as needed
  • Assisting all IC/QA team members
  • Ensuring team associates follow proper procedures
  • Maintaining excellent cross-functional and interdepartmental communication
  • Assisting and supporting Director, Manager, and Supervisor on special projects as needed
  • Partner with various departments to resolve Inventory or Quality issues
  • Ability to navigate and resolve problems through the warehouse computer system
  • Other tasks as required to meet team goals

  • Actively support team concepts and effectively communicate with team members
  • Identify and address/elevate team productivity and quality concerns

  • Maintain a high level of safety awareness;  provide safety feedback constructively
  • Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal
  • Remain flexible to work overtime, which is mandatory
  • Meet physical requirements of standing, bending and lifting, etc
  • Give attention to detail

 

Requirements

  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite capability
  • Previous lead, supervisory or management experience and/or previous experience achieving results through others
  • Advanced problem-solving experience
  • Excellent, timely, and professional interpersonal communication skills
