Your Role
You will be responsible for designing and implementing process improvements that maximize efficiency and reduce tasks that lower productivity. You will benefit from NMG's Way of Working, which is a framework across all teams to work smarter, be present, and integrate work and life in a way that empowers you and others. You will work hybrid-based at the Pinnacle facility and report to the Sr. Director of Engineering & Automation. 

What You’ll Do
•    You will be able to identify technological upgrade opportunities and develop proposals with necessary components for cost assessment.  
•    You will work closely with Operations management, Facilities management, external partners, and end-users to identify issues and provide resolution.  
•    You will be expected to build strong partnerships with each group. 
•    You will be proficient with NMG WMS and MHE systems and be able to train associates as needed.  
•    You will develop written SOPs as required. 
•    You will collect and interpret analytical and performance data to assist in determining KPIs.
•    Job requires being on-site and up to 20% travel to other sites.
•    Perform other Control Systems related tasks/duties as assigned. 

What You Bring
•    One year of experience as an industrial engineer. 
•    Experience in a warehouse (Distribution/Fulfillment) setting is preferred.
•    Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing and giving presentations. 
•    Adept critical thinking skills for complex issues.
•    Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
•    Advanced Microsoft Office skills including proficiency in Excel using pivot tables and creating charts/diagrams.
•    Ability to quickly learn new Warehouse Management and Material Handling systems.  
•    Experience with CAD software (one year preferred).
