Financial Systems Manager

The Financial Systems Manager is responsible for maintaining the company’s various accounting and financial applications while supporting the Financial Systems Director and system end-users. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple projects and apply related Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience to other inter-connected areas of the company to drive efficiency and promote a self-serve strategy. Focusing heavily on special projects and enhancing current business processes within the Financial Planning & Analysis and Accounting groups, some daily tasks will also include system maintenance, complex data analysis, end-user training sessions, forms building and more. The Manager will work directly with various IT, Merchant, Planning, and Inventory Management departments across the organization to enhance current financial business processes and implement new applications as directed. In addition, the individual will work closely with the Financial Systems Director to perform process improvement initiatives and support new business ventures.

Skill & Experience Requirements

-     Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent

-     Strong leadership, intuitive and interpersonal skills

-     Highly proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office products

-     Strong technical and financial background with 5-7 years of experience

-     Background in Forecasting and Financial Planning preferred

-     Excellent verbal & written communication with the ability to serve as liaison between IT and Business focused departments

-     Ability to evaluate processes and design/execute process improvements

-     Oracle EPM Cloud and/or Hyperion Essbase experience

-     Super User/Admin experience preferred

-     Large platform ERP experience: Oracle preferred

-     Proficient in multiple SQL languages: MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, Snowflake

-     Project management experience
