Qualifications:
- Bachelor or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 6 years with requirements gathering, process design, configuration, functional design, testing, conversion, and deployment experience.
- Experience working on omni channel implementations in a retail environment preferred
- Experience with integrating internal and external systems using a variety integration patterns including ETL, web services, and real-time messaging. Specific experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP), Microservices, and Java RESTful API Development is desired
- Minimum of 4 years of code development experience using AWS cloud technologies, serverless architecture and node.js
- Programming experience in building high quality software and ability to understand architecture principles and perform development adhering to the principles
- Ability to develop highly available systems with fallback capability
- Demonstrate strong understanding of development processes and agile methodologies
- Experience with preparing systems for peak seasons such as holiday for retail
- Experience developing and leveraging relationships in cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills
