Director, Technology PMO
ESSENTIAL ABILITIES, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 10 years of experience leading cross functional teams consisting of both internal and external resources, preferably with at least 4 years spent leading large technical and/or business programs.
- Experience delivering large multi-year initiatives within a mixed methodology environment (Waterfall and Agile).
- Strong experience with Order Management, Warehouse Management, Financial and HR systems.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence; retail experience preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills, able to work under deadlines in a changing environment, and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven leadership skills, ability to prioritize, communicate clearly, a consistent track record of delivery, and an obsession about the customer experience.
- Highly adaptable, strong collaborator and influencer with the ability to drive change.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional negotiation, organizational and planning skills
- Financial acumen, primarily in budgeting/forecasting and project accounting
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office and MS Project
- 4-year degree is required

EDUCATION & TRAINING
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems or a related discipline required.
- Certification as Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or one of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications is highly preferred.
