What You Bring

• 8+ years of relevant experience, luxury retail fashion experience preferred
• Previous people leadership experience including developing, training, and growing team members to maximize their full potential.
• Demonstrated change leadership within team and organization
• Understanding of what makes a great customer journey and an expertise of the digital retail landscape.
• Expertise in main areas of basic site experience (taxonomy, site search, UI/UX, SEO) as well as online KPI's and their impact on demand.
• Strong analytical nature with an ability to use metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations.
• Experience building and maintaining cross-functional relationships
• Ability to understand and achieve big picture positive results and revenue for BGO total
• Manage a business by bringing the "art" to the "science" – use your expertise fueled by data and analytics to maximize business and deliver an excellent online experience.
• Leader who enjoys getting involved in the details of the business and working with internal partners to realize goals.
• Strength in developing and delivering presentations to senior management and large groups.
• Confidence to manage up, secure support from senior leadership, and navigate challenging situations.
