Director, Enterprise Application Support

·         8+ years of experience managing production support of important IT applications

·         Experience and knowledge for Retail environment

·         Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent experience

·         Provide overall leadership, development, and management of the IT application support team, building an outstanding organization through hiring, development, coaching, and talent planning

·         Experience building relationships with stakeholders and vendors

·         Experience delivering presentations to leaders and sharing compelling ideas to teams
