Director, Compensation
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: bachelor’s degree in HR management, finance, economics, business administration, or related field from a four-year college or university is required, and a M.A. or MBA is a plus.
Experience: minimum of 10-12 years experience working with broad range of compensation programs including executive compensation, preferably in retail industry or other multi-unit employer; minimum of 6 years of people management experience.
