- Ability to seamlessly work with vendor representative in collaboration with BM.
- Coordinate and host vendor Trunk Shows throughout each season.
- Cultivates and maintains positive working relationships throughout the store.
- Makes every client interaction a personal and seamless experience, supporting the sales team.
- Educates self and client on merchandise, events, promotions, policy, and services, to enhance the client experience.
- Assist as need with Cashier responsibilities including wrapping client purchases, organization and processing POS transactions when needed.
- Promotes benefits of the IN-Circle program and opens new accounts.
- Assist in maintaining visual and merchandise presentation standards on the selling floor as per Dior/BG VM guidelines.
- Assist with the maintenance of reserves, holds, COM’s, and stocking of boutique supplies.
- Supports team with merchandise protection standards.
- Assist with Inventory management, reconciliation, and annual inventory count.
- Demonstrate flexibility and ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
- Actively creates a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of luxury sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Motivated and results driven.
- Ability to effectively work both autonomously and as a team player.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Must have the ability to work full time schedule based on business needs and inclusive of evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have great customer service skills, be proactive and demonstrate initiative.
- Prior experience in a luxury environment.
- Excellent Excel and Power Point skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a positive attitude.
