  • Demonstrate strong abilities in handling multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Lead openings and closings with Management
  • Ability to interact seamlessly and effectively with peers, management, and high-level clientele
  • Ability to seamlessly work with vendor representative in collaboration with BM.
  • Coordinate and host vendor Trunk Shows throughout each season.
  • Cultivates and maintains positive working relationships throughout the store.
  • Makes every client interaction a personal and seamless experience, supporting the sales team.
  • Educates self and client on merchandise, events, promotions, policy, and services, to enhance the client experience.
  • Assist as need with Cashier responsibilities including wrapping client purchases, organization and processing POS transactions when needed. 
  • Promotes benefits of the IN-Circle program and opens new accounts.
  • Assist in maintaining visual and merchandise presentation standards on the selling floor as per Dior/BG VM guidelines.
  • Assist with the maintenance of reserves, holds, COM’s, and stocking of boutique supplies.
  • Supports team with merchandise protection standards.
  • Assist with Inventory management, reconciliation, and annual inventory count.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
  • Actively creates a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.

 

 


POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • 2+ years of luxury sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Motivated and results driven.
  • Ability to effectively work both autonomously and as a team player.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Must have the ability to work full time schedule based on business needs and inclusive of evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have great customer service skills, be proactive and demonstrate initiative.
  • Prior experience in a luxury environment.
  • Excellent Excel and Power Point skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a positive attitude.
