Digital Stylist
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates that are strong in digital selling & building client relationships in key markets. Digital Stylists will use multiple outreach tools to communicate with our best online customers. They will offer styling advice, personalized recommendations and insider access to exclusive perks via email and text. These positions are full time and stylists will work from home (remote) with the ability to travel to the nearest store as needed.
Key Responsibilities of this Position:
- Creates personalized looks for customers based on their preferred brands and lifestyle, as well as introduces new brands and categories to expand their wardrobe
- Builds lasting relationships with customers by communicating with them regularly and recommending product, following up on purchases, suggesting new merchandise, and inviting them to upcoming events
- Delivers clients regular style advice and is available to serve their personal shopping requests
- Develops internal partnerships with multiple divisions (i.e. Customer Care, warehouses, stores, etc.) to ensure seamless client experience
- Leverages digital tools to prepare and communicate various types of outreach to clients on a regular basis (for example stylist picks, outfits of the day, newsletters, lookbooks)
- Places or facilitates client orders and follows them through to ensure client satisfaction
- Works remote but has flexibility to meet customers in store or at their home for consultations
- Additional duties and responsibilities including projects, tasks, and activities as required
Required experience/skills/abilities:
- 1-2 years previous luxury retail experience
- 1-2 years luxury retail selling experience (digital preferred)
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing requests
- Demonstrated ability to build strong on-going relationships with clients that create long term value for the client and the company
- Ability to work independently with little guidance; ability to utilize knowledge and tools provided to resolve customer questions/concerns
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence
- Strong written communication skills that lend to clear and concise text-based communications via various tools such as email, text, live chat, etc.
- Ability to lean quickly and adapt to new and changing digital tools/technology
- Ability to operate with a test and learn mindset; ability to evaluate what tactics are working and which are not and pivot to something new
- Strong collaboration skills and willing to share ideas and knowledge with peers
- High school diploma/equivalent required
