Digital Marketing Manager, Affiliate
Neiman Marcus Group seeks a self-motivated Digital Marketing Manager, Affiliates to help manage and execute the Affiliate Marketing strategy, relationships and campaigns.
The position will be responsible for executing Neiman Marcus Group’s Affiliate strategy through the tactical management of the channel’s day-to-day tasks. Key focus area of the position is to drive customer acquisition, site traffic, conversion, and revenue for its umbrella of brands including NeimanMarcus.com, LastCall.com, Horchow.com, and BergdorfGoodman.com. Position will work closely & cross-functionally with internal Marketing and Brand & Creative management teams.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of NMG Affiliate programs
- Responsible for media planning and execution within the channel, across various types of web partners utilizing various creative assets and processes
- Coordinate between internal and external teams to support Affiliate programs
- Responsible for turning channel performance data into actionable insights using multiple analytics tools such as Adobe Omniture, Google Analytics 360 in addition to channel specific analytics/tracking tools
- Collaborate with external parties, colleagues, and cross-functionally in an effort to identify new opportunities for testing and overall channel improvements
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related field
- 2-4+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing strategy and campaign management, or relevant Digital Media experience at companies with a significant e-commerce presence
- Preferred experience: retail background, review sites, mobile acquisition, commission-based influencer experience and an understanding of financial services offering as it relates to affiliate marketing
- Knowledge of the overall Affiliate landscape and major players/platforms in the space
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Highly analytical and strong metrics-driven decisioning skills
- Experience working across a large matrixed organization with the ability to influence, work collaboratively, and gain consensus is strongly preferred
- Experience using web analytics tools and exposure to Marketing and Advertising technologies (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, etc.)
