Cusp Management Responsibilities

 

Cusp Store Manager Responsibilities

 

·      Monthly CAAP

·      Event management and any other PR

·      Reviewing daily reports to ensure compliance

·      All employees report to Store Manager

·      Sales Leadership – coaching stylists

·      Stylist monthly reviews

·      Goal setting

·      Spiffs, employee contests

·      Running POS Back Office Reports to drive business

·      Interpreting merchant reports to drive business and communicate with merchants frequently on store needs

·      Clienteling- SA Email and FIRST

·      Incircle Training

·      Monthly schedule

·      Loss Prevention awareness and compliance including filing known losses

·      Any employee counseling and/or issues

·      Managing Jobout and price changes

·      Holding weekly management staff meetings

·      Management development

·      Develop store’s visual “vision” along with company standards

·      Product Knowledge Training

·      Helping out with ALL assistant store manager responsibilities

 

experience required.

 

Cusp Assistant Store Manager Responsibilities                                    

 

·     New hire training – POS, LEO, Kronos, LP/MPS, Safety, Handbook, Art of Selling

·     Recruiting

·     Application processing

·     New hire processing

·     Safety compliance and reporting

·     Supply ordering

·     Report “library” maintenance and other record keeping

·     Housekeeping

·     Lights

·     Merchandise (Outbound):

o   MOS/FASC

o   RTVs

o   Transfers – Outbound

o   Customer Sends

o   NRC Repairs

o   Other repairs – Alterations and Dry Cleaning

 

·     Merchandise (Inbound and “In-Store”):

o   Processing new receipts

o   Price changes

o   Transfers – Inbound

o   Holds & Will Calls

o   Ensuring Carrier Log is maintained

 

·     Various visual needs:

o   Changing mannequins/case displays

o   Signage

o   “Fluffing”

·     Sales Floor visual resets

·     Floor standards including security tag compliance, cabling, etc.

·     Floor price audits (Search & Scans)
