What You'll Bring 

• 2-3+ years of administrative experience in a professional office setting
• Work proficiently in an on-site environment Monday – Friday. This role may require infrequent evening and weekend support.
• Customer service-orientation with superb interpersonal skills and proven experience interacting with senior leaders.
• High degree of professionalism with the ability to exercise good judgment in confidential or complex situations
• Superior oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Foresight to anticipate questions/issues and attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in in MS Office, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated strong time and project management skills that enable on-time, high-quality project delivery with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, as needed
• Ability to work well under pressure
