DESCRIPTION:
The Client Services Team Lead plays a key role in delivering best-in-class customer service while supporting and guiding the Client Services team. In addition to fulfilling the responsibilities of a Client Services Specialist, the Team Lead is expected to:

Ensure all supplies, water, and store catalogs are fully stocked and replenished regularly.

Ensure lunches are taken accordingly.

Coordinate and monitor lunch schedules to ensure breaks are taken appropriately and in compliance with policy.

Ensure all curbside pickup orders are scanned in and out accurately and in a timely manner.

Monitor curbside shelves to prevent orders from remaining past their pickup due date.

Enforce policies regarding food and personal items on the sales floor—associates should store belongings in the Client Services closet if an employee locker is not available.

Partner with the department management on any issues
