QUALIFICATIONS
Highly skilled Tailor/Tailoress with a minimum of 5 years experience in alterations management, preferably in a central alterations workroom or large/ multi-store production environment
Strong technical abilities/professional understanding of both Men's and Women's alterations, garment construction, specialized alterations equipment, etc.
Demonstrated leadership, management, and communication skills
Strong internal and external customer focus - bilingual skills a plus
Ability to drive employee engagement and recognition programs and effectively manage conflict
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Outlook suite
College degree or accredited technical school certificate is preferred
