As a Candidate Care Specialist, you are part of the Neiman Marcus Group Talent Acquisition team focused on creating amazing brand experiences for all our candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.

You will own the scheduling process of high-volume corporate interviews – mainly phone and virtual. As needed, you would support scheduling of onsite interviews in partnership with our travel vendors to create seamless transportation plans for candidates. You will own the on-site experience for candidates, which may include being the “face” of Neiman Marcus Group during their visit.  You will help control costs associated with travel, manage expenses, and verify costs are allocated appropriately across divisions. 

You will own the candidate experience and go above and beyond to make sure the candidate has the best experience possible when interviewing with NMG.

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers – following up on interviews to make sure the interview process is moving along efficiently, gathering interview feedback, etc.

Serve as the main point of contact for candidates – available to answer questions and support them throughout the interview process.

Maintain record of all interview requests and provide weekly reports on volume and completion of candidate care activities.

Effectively communicate with multiple key stakeholders (including but not limited to recruiter, people services, search firms and hiring managers) throughout the entire candidate scheduling process.

Serve as a back-up resource for other roles on the Talent Acquisition team as necessary; and support Project initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University with 1 - 2 years of office experience.

•Must possess strong technical aptitude. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Apps, etc.), Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo), HCM/HRIS (Oracle), LinkedIn, etc. are preferred.

•Must be able to effectively manage time, projects, ambiguity, and conflict.

•Must possess strong interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication.

•Must be able to multitask and bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision.
