QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10 plus years relevant experience along with technical training.

  • Background in building maintenance, electrical, HVAC/R,

  • Excellent communications skills

  • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and high mechanical aptitude is essential.
  • Individual needs to be a self-starter with excellent troubleshooting abilities.
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • EPA Certified.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each job duty satisfactorily and independently
  • Valid driver’s license
