Asst HR Manager
The Assistant Manager, Human Resources, will assist in daily HR functions including: recruitment, employee relations, recognition, performance management and legal compliance. This position will support Marketing, Advertising, and Creative.
Job Duties
Recruitment
- Assist with job requisitions and ensure all positions are filled with top talent on a timely basis
- Full cycle recruiting and facilitate and conduct new hire onboarding between managers and new hires
- Assist with the management of annual performance evaluation process
- Conduct departure interviews and terminations
- Responding and managing Unemployment Claims
- Tracking leaves of absences and communication to managers
- Updating associate records in HRIS as needed
- Serve as career advisor when needed
- Manage concerns and conflict by identifying appropriate resolution
- Conduct and assist with investigations as needed
- Coordinate and maintain HR filing and paperwork
- Weekly timekeeping monitoring for exempt and non-exempt population
- Perform additional tasks and projects as required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
- 1-2 years recruiting or HR experience
- Organizational skills required
- Strong administrative background necessary
- Self-starter, independent
- Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment and discretion are needed
- Proficient with PC applications including all Microsoft Office programs
