Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing subject matter expertise in the product area from both internal and external points of view

  • Partnering with product owners and other business stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and customer impacts

  • Gather and document business requirements for user stories and partner with the product team to create user flows, use case scenarios, iteration planning boards and other necessary artifacts

  • Perform data analysis on key product metrics to quickly understand customer interaction and areas of opportunity

  • Create feature overview decks and training materials and present them to stakeholders

  • Triage and troubleshoot complex user-reported system defects

  • Assist QA team in understanding requirements and ensure that proper testing is done

  • Coordinate functional and user acceptance testing by executing the testing strategy, scheduling resources and tracking test performance

Qualifications:

  • Excellent attention to detail and quality of work

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills to assist in managing multiple projects and tasks

  • Ability to multi-task, working independently and to collaborate with cross functional teams

  • Proficient in MS office tools and JIRA

Education & Work History Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of eCommerce experience in an associate product manager or business analytics role including: process definition, management and monitoring, release management, web experience, database, XML, XSL and/or requirement definition.

  • Proven analytical/technical aptitude evidenced by 2 or more years of successful experience in a quantitative role

  • Previous retail or eCommerce experience.

  • Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science, business or other related field
