Responsibilities:

Research and cast models – partnering with creative team

Booking hair and makeup

Booking catering

Creating call sheets

Assisting with location research and pulling COI’s for photo shoots

Processing invoices and setting up new vendors 

Support Sr producer and be an on-set contact during shoot days

Partnering with marketing and creative teams during pre-production, communicating photo shoot information.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years experience in the fashion photography industry
  • On set experience a must
  • Experience negotiating rates
  • Knowledge and relationships with talent agencies
  • Ability to bring solutions to the table, attention to detail
  • Ability to be flexible and work in fast paced environment 
  • Organized and multi-tasking individual (we typically have multiple shoots in pre-production each week)
