Assistant Operations Manager, PRADA
Job Summary
The Assistant Support Manager, PRADA is responsible to oversee the daily operations of both men’s and women’s PRADA boutiques. The ASM partners with the Selling and Vendor Business Managers to ensure all store operational functions are delivered with the highest level of client satisfaction.
Job Duties
- Communicates daily operational objectives with their team while creating a workflow.
- Prioritize and work on various store projects.
- Responsible for the financial inventory process within their areas.
- Train and develop their support associates.
- Build a cohesive customer service driven team.
- Attend meetings with Support and Selling Managers to build cross functional partnerships while executing the operational strategy.
- Ensure daily coverage in all areas to maintain store operational standards.
- Responsible to oversee a large volume brand.
- Collaborate with Vendor Partners and members of the BG Merchant Team to execute collection launches and assist with visual resets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in Operations Management preferably in retail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and support multiple functions within the department.
- Ability to self-manage projects and timelines.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
