Assistant Marketing Manager, Last Call     
 The Assistant Marketing Manager will facilitate and support all store promotions, programs, and events for the Last Call brand. This position will work closely with store teams, creative, merchandising, advertising and external vendors. This role will also be responsible for leveraging digital marketing efforts to drive traffic and sales in Last Call stores. The main areas of focus will include store communications, promotional directives, event logistics and reporting.
Job Duties  
  • Act as key partner to LC store teams and PR/Events team to communicate brand promotions and events details
  • Manage development of all marketing collateral from request to release including writing creative requests and managing approval process with account management 
  • Develop direct mail campaign strategy and manage execution of mailings with circulation team including schedule of in-home dates and special segmentation
  • Partner with Public Relations to develop, market and track store special events that will drive traffic and build the Last Call brand
  • Work closely with key Last Call cross-functional partners (internal and external) including: Marketing, Visual, Stores, Creative, Merchants, Media, PR and Malls for promotional logistics and execution
  • Provide ongoing support of marketing efforts through detailed reports and analysis
    Job Requirements  
  • 2-3 years marketing experience in retail or store marketing
  • Knowledge of the digital marketing space
  • Proactive, fast-paced work style with an affinity for managing multiple streams of activity
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to various levels of the organization
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
