As a member of the Change Enablement / Org Design Team, the Analyst, Org Design will play a variety of roles. As their primary responsibility, this Associate will partner with the Sr. Manager, Change Enablement / Org Design to support ideation and implementation for solutions to some of our organization’s most complex structural challenges. By continuing to assess and enhance the NMG operating model, they will help drive NMG’s transition into the preeminent luxury customer platform.

 

When needed, this Associate will also have the opportunity to support some of our organization’s largest, most strategic initiatives. To do so, they will partner with a team of experienced change professionals to develop and deploy strategies that support our strategic vision and enable adoption of future changes.

 

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Collaborates with internal clients to assess organizational needs and change impacts; makes recommendations to address priority needs
  • Supports organizational effectiveness, identifying organizational solutions that support our future-state vision (e.g., organizational structure, cross-functional interaction models, enhanced ways of working, etc.)
  • Develops future-state organizations that support recommended organizational solutions, ensuring clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and decisioning rights.
  • Designs and executes implementation plans that successfully transition the organization to the future state
  • Provides implementation communications support, developing communications strategy, communications plan, content / key messages, etc.
  • Creates and executes project plans for all org design projects, escalating risks / issues (as appropriate)
  • Establishes relationship as trusted business partner across all functional leaders, ensuring team’s ability to drive toward results effectively and efficiently

 

Technical Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Psychology, Organization Development, Business or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness principles, methodologies and tools
  • Experience with large-scale, multi-phased organizational effectiveness effort(s)
  • Design thinking / collaborative facilitation experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently within a high pressure, deadline driven environment
