Job Summary:
Primary point-of-contact for marketing, merchant and creative teams executing neimanmarcus.com and incircle.com initiatives and special projects.
Responsibilities include:

Manage large volume of digital campaigns from inception to completion, including but not limited to: emails, banners, and site updates across domestic, international, app and store channel platforms

Oversee progress of jobs, enforcing deadlines and communicating changes along the way

Establish and manage changes to site refresh schedule with merchant-defined updates, promotional site support, marketing initiatives and special projects

Analyze overall campaign flow to identify overlapping timelines, missing components or contradicting information

Proactively identify new opportunities to support upcoming marketing and merchandising endeavors

Assist in planning and directing weekly new jobs meetings

Partner with other account managers to sustain overall workflowRequirements:Previous account management or project management experience a plusAbility to multi-task and manage a high volume of projects at one timeExtremely organized and highly motivatedExcellent verbal communication skills, including public speaking experienceAbility to manage and adhere to deadlinesAbility to anticipate issues and plan accordingly
