Omni Experience Assistant
Qualifications - External
Responsibilities:
- Facilitates assigned vendor outreach strategies utilizing all company vehicles for client engagement.
- Communicate with managers and sellers on project objectives and calls to action.
- Organize all data on client engagement, responses, and results in order to recap activations.
- Work as part of a cross functional team contributing to the program structure, timelines, and productivity.
- Supports the Omni Experience Team managing client lists and outreach
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers, clients, and Bergdorf Goodman management.
- Strategic thinker, who enjoys being a part of a collaborative and agile team.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organization and follow up skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Previous luxury retail experience.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Strong Computer skills.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience, preferably in retail or service environment is required.
