The Coordinator assists the Selling Manager with customer service, merchandise presentation, selling events and operational tasks. 

Responsibilities include:
  • Assist the Manager with all support functions within the Personal Styling Complex
  • Provide sales and clientele information to Manager
  • Ensure compliance of holds and will-calls
  • Schedule front desk coverage
  • Assist with client appointments as needed
  • Additional duties as assigned 
 

 

  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients as well as all levels of the organization
  • Detail oriented with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and follow up skills
  • Must be confident, proactive and customer service-focused 
  • Previous retail experience
  • Computer skills
