- Create a welcoming environment by greeting and approaching customers
- Assist and recommend merchandise based on product knowledge and customer preferences
- Demonstrate timely follow up and follow through on customer requests and commitments
- Effectively utilize mobile devices to communicate with customers and expand business
- Effectively utilize available clientele tools and resources to increase sellers's personal business
- Work with seller to develop long term customer relationships
- Maximize store cross selling opportunities
- Assist in maintaining visual and merchandise presentation standards on the selling floor
- Demonstrate flexibility and ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business
