Reporting and Analysis
  • Create, maintain and distribute reports for training and talent programs
  • Assist with gathering, reporting and analyzing data to determine program impacts to business results
 
NMGPS – Learning Management System/Talent Management System Administration
  • Troubleshoot LMS/TMS Service Desk tickets
  • Test new NMGPS functionality and courses, identify and resolve errors
  • Create and complete rosters / give credit for courses
  • Administer LMS/TMS groups and reports
  • Manage online community requests (new communities, changes to communities, coaching community admins, etc.)
  • Create and maintain custom reports – Design and develop reports and data dashboards
  • Manage course catalog and event calendar
  • Training and job aid design, development and delivery for new functionality and processes
 
Budget Management
  • Manage Talent Development budget (tracking and categorizing expenses, analyzing and reporting on forecast vs. plan and budget overage or underage)
  • Reconcile TD budget plans/actuals with Finance reports; Analyze and problem solve discrepancies
  • Process invoices and follow up with vendors and other providers on questions, issues, etc.
     
New Hire Orientation
  • Manage logistics, materials, registration, completions for NHO
  • Make recommendations to changes for NHO and update NHO training materials
  • Deliver NHO training
 
Training Support & Administration
  • Plan off sites and conferences, including managing hotel and location contracts and working with attendees and hotel, etc. on logistics, including proposing solutions for room usage, AVR equipment layout, meals, etc.
  • Review training materials for quality and errors, and make recommendations and updates
  • Identify potential efficiencies across team in terms of meetings, supplies, other recurring costs; look for and proposes ways to cut costs or improve team productivity
  • Schedule training sessions and manage training logistics
  • Provide support in creation and reproduction of training materials and communications collateral for rollouts
  • Package and send materials to stores/facilities
     
Admin Support
  • Assist with scheduling and planning meetings
  • Assist in research, printing, meeting preparation, etc.
  • Manage Oracle, Kronos and Service Desk requests for VP
  • Assist with general office organization, filing, gather supply needs and place orders, etc.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting as needed
     
Required Skills
  • 2-3 years of professional work experience
  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in a translatable field preferred
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Able to demonstrate technical proficiency as well as advanced software skills (e.g. Microsoft Office; Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
