Spa Associate - Esthetician
Job Summary
The licensed Esthetician performs facials and spa treatments with products from throughout the Beauty Department. Responsible for promoting the Store's spa services, booking and managing of all spa's, performing spa services.
Job Duties
Enter and maintain accurate clientele information
Follow up on all spa appointments
Maintain spa appointment calendar
Pull product for appointments and partner with beauty brands and sales associates
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule which includes weekend and evening shifts.
Excellent organizational and follow up skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Computer and systems proficiency
Licensed Esthetician with experience in performing facial services and product application.
Previous sales experience is a plus
