QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or related Design or Project Management field
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of retail store planning and/or construction project management experience with a major department, specialty store, luxury retailer, or design firm
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent space planning/merchandising skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal including strong group presentation skills
  • Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam Revu,  AutoCAD (or similar CAD program), Plan Grid, and Salesforce
  • Ability to execute assigned tasks with minimal supervision
  • Capable of communicating design solutions by sketching or hand drafting
  • Ability to be part of a team or lead a team effort as required
  • Experience with project cost estimating a plus
  • Experience with Oracle, Salesforce (or similar project database), and SketchUp a plus
  • Knowledge of merchandise fixture design and/or construction detailing a plus
  • Position is based in Dallas TX
  • Periodic travel required
