Your Role
As A Restaurant Pantry Prep Cook you will perform daily operations and food preparation. You will be responsible for maintaining culinary equipment. You will work on-site and report to the Sous Chef and Executive Chef.
What You'll Do
- Prepare popovers and strawberry butter.
- Bake all pastries and specialty bread needed for service.
- Prep soups and garnish for FOH.
- Assist hot & cold line with prep items, examples: braise mirepoix, sauce kits, salsa’s, Neiman Marcus salads, etc.
- Prepare or assist hot and cold line with catering and BE event menu items.
- Help maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and complete all daily side work.

- Confidence to ask questions and have work double checked, call out or correct mistakes or inconsistencies to team members and management.
