Talent Management & Compliance

Maintains regular contact with Associates to stay aware of concerns and answer questions in a timely manner

Serve as point of contact for both corporate merchant, marketing & customer pyramid general associate inquiries regarding policies/procedures.

Conduct audits to ensure compliance, including employment eligibility (I-9), timekeeping, and required legal training.

Responsible for maintenance of confidential personnel files. Proactively manage PS systems to ensure data integrity.
Recruitment and Training

Supports recruiting process for candidates and assists PS Leaders, as well as Candidates, throughout the selection process

Plans, schedules and participates in new hire orientation in conjunction with store leadership teams
-
Support PS team with pre-hire and onboarding activities including payroll setup, I-9 documentation, completion of necessary paperwork, ordering equipment, new hire systems set up, employee badge requests and data entry.

Provide general administrative support for PS programs including compensation, benefits, 401k, and other employee programs
HR Systems and Processes

Updates Associate information (e.g., status changes, timekeeping, etc) in People Service systems

Maintains accurate people data for expense allocations and reporting purposes

Ensure store compliance with all federal, state and local requirements, including employment eligibility (I-9), people-related file maintenance, and required training
-
Process employee terminations including coordinating exit interviews, prepping paperwork, coordinating final checks, and aiding with the exit process and asset collection where needed

Generates reports as needed or requested

Work alongside PS team to ensure all issues are resolved and escalated if/when necessary.

Coordinate, monitor and record COVID-19 testing and results as needed.

Perform other ad hoc duties as needed, in support of the overall People Services team.

Support electronic KRONOS timekeeping system including processing edits/corrections to electronic timecards.

Responds to employee benefits questions and leads the annual benefits renewal and open enrollment process, as applicable

At least 1 year of administrative support (in People Services / HR office preferred)

Ability to communicate to all levels of employees

Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Exceptional customer service skills

Experience with PS information systems; Oracle, Microsoft Office Suite, Applicant Tracking Systems & KRONOS (preferred)

Must be available to work onsite in office multiple days per week

Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business need, which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
