Job Requirements

  • Experience in customer journey / customer experience design 
  • Customer-first mentality
  • Strong tactical problem-solving, proven cross-functional leadership, and a bias for action.
  • Strong project management with the ability to manage, implement and analyze various initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Great organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to disseminate ideas and finding to all levels including stakeholders
  • Demonstrated strategic thinker and ability to bring innovation and leadership
  • Prior exposure to integrating digital tools (like a mobile app) into customer experiences is a plus
  • Prior exposure to agile operating models and cross- functional teams is a plus
  • Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) is a plus
  • BA/BS degree with 4+ years in marketing role, retail environment preferred
