Manager, Customer Experience
Job Requirements
- Experience in customer journey / customer experience design
- Customer-first mentality
- Strong tactical problem-solving, proven cross-functional leadership, and a bias for action.
- Strong project management with the ability to manage, implement and analyze various initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Great organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to disseminate ideas and finding to all levels including stakeholders
- Demonstrated strategic thinker and ability to bring innovation and leadership
- Prior exposure to integrating digital tools (like a mobile app) into customer experiences is a plus
- Prior exposure to agile operating models and cross- functional teams is a plus
- Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) is a plus
- BA/BS degree with 4+ years in marketing role, retail environment preferred
